Orders
When should I expect my items to arrive?
Estimated order arrival times are based on the various shipping methods and the location they are being shipped to. Most locations in the United States are less than 4 days ground shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated based on the item, ship method, and the ship to location. You will see the shipping amount in your cart before checking out.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also follow the status in the My Account section.
How can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled by emailing [email protected].
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on in stock items. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned within 6 months from date of purchase.
Anderson Return/Exchange Process

Log into account.

Click “Order History” in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Click “View Order Details” in red under the order number

Select the item(s) to be returned by checking the box next to “Return/exchange this item”.

Click “Request Return Authorization” button in the bottom right-hand of page.

The Return Authorization Request screen pops up.

Confirm customer’s information.

Enter quantity to be returned.

Select Exchange or Refund.

Choose the reason for the return from the drop down menu. (Note: Some selections will require additional information and a box will appear for you to provide additional details.)

Submit request by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

You will receive a RA#/confirmation page on screen and it will also be sent to the user’s email address.
Send through UPS.
Place a copy of the RA confirmation inside the box.
Backorder Process
Backorders will be shipped as soon as we receive replenishment stock. You will be notified and allowed to change or cancel your order if your item is on backorder.
Account
Where do I access my Account Information?
Once logged into the site click on the "My Account” link on the upper right hand side of the page.
Is there a way I can view all my account charges and activity?
Once you have logged in, the top right side of the page will show a My Account section. Clicking on this, you can view your activity by selecting the Order History option. There are additional links that may help in the My Account section.
How do I change my Password?
Use the Account Update function in the My Account section to change your password.
What if I forget my username/password?
On the log in page, select "Forgot your username or password?". Enter your email address and the login information will be emailed to you.
What if I already have submitted an order and need to change shipping information?
As long as the order has not shipped, contact our customer service number (800-421-1506), and we will do everything we can to update your ship to location.
